Hull

Both the hull and the deck are made of two layers of glass cloth and epoxy resin with vacuum injection technology. This method ensures high fiber content, and superior surface quality. Heavier loaded areas are locally strengthtened with extra layers of glass. In order to keep weight as low as possible, no gelcoat is applied, all the boats are painted using two component high gloss polyurethane boat paints, which are extremely UV stable. All holes for the fittings and deck openings are CNC cutted.

Keel fin and rudder

These parts are formed of unidirectional carbon prepregs (110 g/sqm) with extreme low resin content (33 %) in CNC milled aluminium negative forms. For shape- and dimensional stability the prepreg is cured at 80 oC. The core of the foils is medium density epoxy foam.
